Welcome to Darul Ilm Birmingham

Darul Ilm Birmingham was established in August 2013, with the vision to provide the Muslim community with a strong foundation by developing both Islamic knowledge and lifelong skills. Through this strategy, Darul Ilm Birmingham intends to produce the next generation of scholars and Imams in the West.

Our goal is to produce such individuals, who will not only be well-mannered. well-versed and be giving back to the community, but such individuals who will also be the epitome of Taqwa (God-consciousness) and be a catalyst for change.

Darul Ilm Birmingham offers full-time and part-time Alim & Alimah programs – on-site and online, Takhassus (specialisation) programs in Hadith and Tafsir, and an Ifta program (the science of giving Islamic legal rulings). We also offer classes for adults in Tajweed, Tafsir, Hadith, and Sirah. We have students all over the UK and all over the world, ranging from Malaysia to Mexico.
