وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: “فَقِيهٌ وَاحِدٌ أَشَدُّ عَلَى الشَّيْطَانِ مِنْ أَلْفِ عَابِدٍ” . (رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْن مَاجَه)
Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s messenger as saying, “One faqih has more power over the devil than a thousand devout men.” (Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted).

A highly academically charged Takhasus Fil Fiqh which aims to purposefully enhance the professional development of Alimmiyyah Graduates in terms of proficiency and accuracy of knowledge in Islamic jurisprudence and its application.
The course is delivered using engaging contemporary discussions, current debates and deep dives into established, traditional methodological principles, coupled with teachings of specialist traditional texts under the guidance of qualified Muftis.
Students will be expected to conduct independent research and formulate and present coherent and accurate conclusions to real-life issues drawn from evidence grounded in sound sources.
A true and testing exposure to the process of construction and deliverance of fatwas in accordance with the Noble Quran and Sunnah of our Beloved Prophetﷺ.
A dissertation of 12,000 words is also an integral and compulsory part of this two-year course.
Course Fees: £350 PER TERM (There are 3 terms in the Academic Year)
